You can use the "Forgot Password" link on the support portal login screen to reset your FLVC Support Portal account password.

Next, enter your email address on the User Details screen and click the "Send Verification Code" button.

If your account is active, an email with a six-digit verification code will be sent to the address provided. The screen will also change and a new field will appear.

Enter the code from the email in the Verification Code field and click the "Continue" button. If the code is correct, you will receive a message stating you can continue.  Click the "Continue" button again and a password reset screen will appear. Enter a new password and confirm it, then click the "Continue" button. Your password will be updated, and you will be brought to your Support Portal Account details.
