Question

To uninstall previous versions of the Aleph client:

  1. On the Windows desktop, click Start, point to Programs, and then point to the LINCC/Aleph client to be removed (e.g., LINCC_23_XXX, where XXX is the three-letter institution code).
  2. In the menu that appears, click Uninstall.
  3. When the uninstall window appears, select Automatic, and then click Next.
  4. Click Finish. The selected version of the LINCC/Aleph client and all associated files have been removed from the computer. Note that you may be prompted to restart the pc before the process finishes completely.

Repeat these steps to uninstall any versions of the LINCC/Aleph client.
