The Order It! Plugin for Alma allows you to add a bookmark to your browser & add items to Alma while searching through vendor websites. While looking for items you can select the Order It! bookmark & the plugin will add it to your orders in Alma via a pop in window inside your browser screen.
We have heard reports that after a while the pop in window stops appearing on Amazon while still appearing on other vendor sites. The easiest solution is to clear your Amazon cache & restart your browser. If you are in the Chrome browser you can go here
chrome://settings/content/all
& search Amazon. There is a trashcan icon you can select to clear the cookies & site data. Once you restart your browser the Order It! plugin should be work again w/ Amazon products.
