To cancel a transient application with "In Progress" status:
- Log back in where you originally created your transient student admission application: https://www.floridashines.org/take-a-course-at-another-school
- Select the application from the list on the left
- Select the "CANCEL this application" link at the top of the application
Applications that have already been fully approved or disapproved cannot be cancelled. If you need to make changes to an approved or disapproved application, submit a new, corrected application with a note in the Student Comments field describing the situation. If you want to cancel an approved application altogether, you don't need to do anything, as long as you have not registered for the class with the host school yet. Approval for transient status does not require you to register and enroll. You may still wish to check in with your advisor to make sure the change doesn't affect the rest of your course planning, and with the registrar or admissions office at the host school, as a courtesy.
