Typically, after the semester is over, your home school (where you are pursuing your degree) will automatically send an electronic request to the host school (where you took the transient course) to have them send grade and enrollment information. If some time passes and you don't see the grades on your record, please check in with your home school's registrar office to ask about the request.
If either your home or host school have specific instructions on the grade transfer process, they will typically be noted on your transient application or in the emails you receive during the approval process.
Please note, some schools send this request based on their own semester schedules, not on when your course is completed. The host school may not receive a request for grades for flexible, condensed, or intensive coursework until the end of the full-length semester at your home school.
