Question

To uninstall previous versions of the Aleph client:

1.  On the Windows desktop, click Start, point to Programs, and then point to the

LINCC client to be removed (e.g., LINCC_19.1.r1_XXX, where XXX is the three-letter

institution code).

2.  In the menu that appears, click Uninstall.

3.  When the uninstall window appears, select Automatic, and then click Next.

4.  Click Finish. The selected version of the LINCC client and all associated files have

been removed from the computer.

Repeat these steps to uninstall any versions of the LINCC client prior to v.20, including the

following:

LINCC v.19 Production client, LINCC_19.1.r1_XXX, where XXX is the three-letter

institution code

LINCC v.19 Practice client, LINCC_19.1.r1_PRACTICE

LINCC v.18 Production client, LINCC_18.1.r1_XXX, where XXX is the three-letter

institution code

LINCC v.18 Practice client, LINCC_18.1.r1_PRACTICE

LINCC v.18 Classroom client, LINCC_18.1.r1_CLASSROOM

Important: Do not remove the most recent version of the LINCC client, LINCC_20.1.r1.
